Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to programme applications, registrations, enrolments and other educational services offered by Primoris, a member of the Knowledge Axis Group.
By submitting an application or making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy together with the applicable programme terms.
1. Application and Registration Fees
Application, admission-processing and registration fees are generally non-refundable because they cover administrative processing, eligibility verification and onboarding activities.
Any exception will be communicated in writing before payment.
2. Cancellation by the Learner
A learner who wishes to cancel or withdraw from a programme must submit a written request to the official Primoris email address.
The request must include:
- Learner’s full name
- Registered email address and telephone number
- Programme name
- Application or enrolment number
- Payment receipt or transaction reference
- Reason for cancellation
- Bank or payment details required for processing the refund
The cancellation date will be the date on which Primoris receives the complete written request.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility will depend on:
- The date the cancellation request is received
- Whether the programme has commenced
- The type of fee paid
- Services and learning resources already provided
- University or institutional partner requirements
- The specific terms communicated during admission
Where eligible, refunds may be subject to deductions for non-refundable registration fees, administrative charges, payment gateway fees, taxes and services already delivered.
4. Cancellation Before Programme Commencement
A cancellation submitted before the programme begins may be eligible for a refund of the programme fee after deducting:
- Application or registration fees
- Admission-processing charges
- Payment gateway or banking charges
- Taxes or statutory deductions, where applicable
- Any non-recoverable amount paid to a university or programme partner
The final refundable amount will be confirmed after reviewing the learner’s request.
5. Cancellation After Programme Commencement
Once a programme has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable.
This includes situations where a learner:
- Does not attend classes
- Discontinues participation
- Changes personal or professional plans
- Experiences scheduling conflicts
- Fails to complete assignments or assessments
- Is unable to meet academic or attendance requirements
Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually, but submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following amounts may be non-refundable:
- Application and registration fees
- Admission-processing charges
- University enrolment or examination fees
- Learning materials already issued
- Digital resources or platform access already activated
- Certificates or documents already processed
- Completed classes, workshops or consultations
- Payment gateway, banking or transaction charges
- Taxes or statutory payments that cannot be recovered
7. Programme Transfer or Deferment
Where permitted, a learner may request:
- Transfer to another available programme
- Deferment to a future batch
- Adjustment of eligible fees towards another programme
Approval is subject to programme availability, academic eligibility, partner-institution policies and payment of any applicable difference or administrative charge.
Transfers and deferments are not automatic and must be confirmed in writing by Primoris.
8. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Primoris
Primoris may postpone, reschedule, modify, combine or cancel a programme due to insufficient enrolment, faculty availability, regulatory requirements, technical issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If Primoris permanently cancels a programme before delivery begins, learners may choose:
- Transfer to another suitable programme or batch, or
- A refund of eligible programme fees paid
Primoris will not be responsible for personal expenses such as travel, accommodation, internet charges, loss of income or other incidental costs.
9. Partner University Programmes
Where a programme is offered with a university or institutional partner, the partner’s refund and cancellation rules may also apply.
If there is a difference between this policy and a mandatory partner-institution policy, the applicable institutional or regulatory requirement will prevail.
10. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Duplicate payments or payments made in error should be reported promptly with supporting transaction records.
Once verified, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method or another approved method.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 15–30 working days after:
- The request is approved
- Required documents are received
- Payment details are verified
- Any applicable deductions are calculated
The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, payment gateway or payment method.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payer and through the original payment method.
12. Failed Transactions
If an amount is debited but payment confirmation is not received, learners should first check with their bank or payment provider.
If Primoris receives the payment, it will be adjusted against the applicable fee or refunded after verification.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Learners should contact Primoris before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. This allows us to verify the transaction and attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
Incorrect or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of admission, enrolment or access to programme services.
14. Policy Changes
Primoris may update this policy to reflect changes in programme structures, partnerships, payment processes or legal requirements.
The policy applicable on the date of payment or enrolment will generally govern the transaction unless otherwise required by law.
